Utku Can Kilic
Co-founder / Brand Strategist
Brand strategist. In 2014, he graduated from Izmir University of Economics, Department of Public Relations and Advertising. Founded Bond Communication Agency, which provides services focused on strategy and digital media in 2014.
After providing strategy services to brands for a while, started to work in an advertising agency in Antalya. Developed digital-oriented strategies and later settled in Istanbul in 2016.
Worked on both conventional and digital media-oriented brand strategies in BBDO Türkiye, an international network agency, for almost 3 years.
Throughout his career, he has served brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Erikli, Nutella, Kinder, Nescafe, Rixos, Canbebe, Golf Ice-Cream and SEK.
He is co-founder and has been working as a brand strategist at WorkFlux since 2024. Continues to work in the fields of digital strategy, growth marketing, insight hunting.
Duygun Alici
Co-founder / Creative Director
Creative director. She graduated from Izmir University of Economics, Department of Public Relations and Advertising in 2016.
Since 2016, she took part in creative teams in various advertising agencies in Istanbul and worked as an account executive for a certain period of time. During this period, served brands such as SAP, IKSV, Pinar, Durex, Veet, Hotpoint, Hürriyet, Mey, WWF, Eataly, Hoover and Lenovo.
She is co-founder and has been working as a creative director at WorkFlux since 2024. In the academic field, she is doing master's degree with thesis at Akdeniz University, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Marketing. Her research area is consumer behavior in sustainable consumption.
